JJRC C8802 RC car motor running with a stuck motor, how can I fix it?

First of all, see if the motor shaft of JJRC C8802 RC car is stuck by something, clean up the debris around it. Then look at the motor brushes, if they are badly worn, change the brushes. Also, the motor fixing screws to see if they are loose, loose on tightening. If these are not a problem, may be the ESC has a problem, we need to check the ESC.
