How to deal with yikong yk4107’s 3S battery single cell voltage is too low?

yikong yk4107 rc car’s 3S lipo battery, the first cell and the second cell voltage are normal, around 3.8V, the second cell is only 0.4V, now with the B6 charger can’t detect that low voltage cell anymore, how to solve it.

I was able to charge it normally after a little bit of recharging in NiMH mode with the B6.

But the second battery obviously drops a lot more than the first and third, I try to charge each cell to about 4.2V and start discharging, the first and third cells discharged to 3.9V when the second cell is only 3.6V, the consistency is too bad!
